1、 Please confirm that all necessary files are included in the document. The image files must be included in the document. Sometimes, although the image can be displayed, it is actually missing or has a low resolution. Therefore, please confirm the necessary images and provide image files with sufficient accuracy in the document. (Image resolution not less than 300 pixels/inch)
2、 Don't forget to copy the necessary fonts. Please make sure to provide the necessary font style. Some fonts, although displayed, still need to be copied into printable fonts before outputting the film. Only by ensuring that the font is both display able and input able can you avoid wasting your own time.
3、 Don't forget to convert the color of the linked image from RGB to CMYK, otherwise there will be color confusion in the resulting film.
4、 After converting Pantone spot colors to CMYK colors, please confirm if the same effect will be achieved. After converting Pantone spot colors to CMYK, there is usually a certain difference between the two. Some Pantone spot colors can achieve the same effect based on output experience, but those ProcessPantoneColors cannot be achieved by CMYK. Therefore, the only solution is to add spot colors.
5、 Double scanning of images; Single output can improve the scanning quality of images.
6、 The simple question of whether the layout file is set to bleed 3mm often leaves some experienced computer experts frustrated; Are the colors in the typesetting software set according to the color scale values? So please do the final check.
7、 Digital printing proofing is the most worry free reference for printing factories. If there is no sample due to various reasons, please provide at least one printed copy (preferably in color, if not available, black and white is also good), and we must verify the film with one of the above two options.
